tried to sit outside at the pool & we were bitten by little red bugs

location was good. kids loved the pool. the room was clean.

breakfast was exceptional

i went to do laundry while he was sleeping, they said they were calling the police for being half naked

pool was out of order,breakfast on skimpy side,loud guests outside our room window at 1:55 am which

pool isn't operatable, gym equipment is non functional, ice machine is broke, room looks and feels dirty

the breakfast wasn't anything special and they are short staffed

who made breakfast was wonderful

that the jet button for the spa tub is way too hard to find

room was very spacious, and the location is close to howell and the outlets, so there was plenty for us to do

i also appreciated the kitchenette with the sink, the spaciousness of the room, and the in-room coffee

off the wall from a water leak by the window, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the tub spa tub needs

everything was convenient our room was right by the pool!) the hot tub was so great in the room.

shannon who worked at the front desk was awesome and breakfast was good too

bed and bedding were super comfy and the free breakfast had a nice selection of various breakfast

parking was within excellent access to entry door

randy a lady that s works in kitchen was wonderful. the bed was great
