stunning place nice old furniture we stayed for 2 nights we used the barbecue one night and the fireplace shelly

felt a bit guilty that shelly was working so hard, cleaning, serving breakfast and hosting

delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, very cosy and stylish house

and every piece appears to have been carefully sought after), wonderful hosts and tasty home-made breakfast

we did not make use of the kitchen facilities apart from that

main house looked very quaint. we stayed in the cooks cottage. parking was not an issue.

there is also a wonderful stained glass door in the entrance, however, the parking lot streetlamp shines directly

cottage kitchen has flimsy plastic wine glasses and disposable plates and utensils - likely this helps make

front door to our unit had a glass front which let in the light from the parking lot until late in the evening

the worst part, though, was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the kitchenette sink

the mini kitchen is practically unusable

had to ask for spa tub jets to be cleaned and air conditioning had a musty smell.

would have been helpful if the parking lot at the lake view building had been salted after the snow, as it became

location, plus free parking, is closed to the state park

after returning from dinner in ithaca, we found no available parking at our building

location, excellent dining services, but by far, the customer service from the front desk to room service was

very friendly front desk very helpful , focused on customer needs shuttle from airport and to cornell was

the glass doors to the parking area were always greasy and dirty on the inside and out

was super helpful during checkin to give us the best option specially given traveling with kids and senior

breakfast and afternoon desserts were delicious and plentiful, and all of the staff was so friendly

parking was a little tough as i had a bigger suv but a regular car would have been fine

kids were disappointed that the pool was closed during my week in august

the room was very comfortable with the fireplace and cosiness!

loved the decor and layout of the space. kids loved the water park. rooms were very quiet.

we ended up only using the pool this trip

we didn't visit the waterpark or spa during this stay but the pool was great and the water was warm
