coachloads of chinese visitors cleared the (inclusive) breakfast at 1 minute past opening time(

spa service is separated for the hotel (although in the same building)

there was spa with pool, but saldy for us, it closed early

kids couldn't reach hand wash for sink, it was stupidly high

due to corona there were some limitations at having breakfast but even though they managed the situation very

beatyfull spa , a lot of different tubes and saunas

old furniture, sockets had no covers, mattress horrible, had no parking on site, it s a small parking slot

we went with kids to warner brothers park and look for thematic hotel and this one been really good

pool is a bit of a walk outside the hotel and the bar was inside hotel, not near.

wifi worked for 1 day out of 14, staff in interested about fixing it

checking in wasn't told about the time for breakfast or about the wifi code and had to go back and ask about

the continental breakfast was stunning, so much abundance and variety of quality comestibles, set us up for

lovely themed rooms very nice continental breakfast.

restaurant is inside the hotel, but it is not part of the hotel, so i had to pay extra for room service

fairness, i must acknowledge that the food in the restaurant bar was very nice and the staff in general were

good free wifi and room with enough power suplies for computer and charging devices

we had a great stay there the bar in the hotel is very good and the bar staff very friendly and attentive

issue in the hospitality sector to have less staff - morever as the season was over the swimming pool was closed

it was not and we had to eat in the bar but still paid restaurant prices

for a 4 star hotel there was no tea or coffee facilities within the room, no laundry service or room service
