was good size, bed comfy, very quite and great room service, staff very friendly and helpful

one bedroom apartment was fabulous with full kitchen and balcony and secure parking

plenty of parking, good wifi, access to public transport, great breakfast and friendly staff.

gym needs updated

atrium for dinner and breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, free easy parking and speedy check-in with friendly

very clean and comfortable, quiet, and having free parking and club was a great bonus

room service is available and our 'included in the stay' breakfast was really nice

would have liked a map of the property so i could locate the gym etc and parking was difficult

climbing into a spa to have a shower, but we could have booked the wrong room.

the wifi was a little slow to load however fast enough to work with.

the laundry was not clean. lint and dried up detergent everywhere. breakfast was very basic.

location, staff very friendly had an indoor pool which was great for the kids to blow off some steam

especially i liked that there is a guest laundry for free

close to everything. great room friendly staff dine in room service

the kids love it

mini bar and being unable to move without being charged within 15 seconds

there are all appliances in the kitchen: nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove

having the kitchen in the unit was the best, it is equipped with everything we needed, the full sized fridge

week shower water pressure, slow wifi speed

the kitchen was also well equipped whilst we did not use this it would benefit someone staying longer

wifi did not allow vpn connection thru udp port 1194

room and super bed with all facilities for a kitchen etc including excellent coffee maker

the room was self contained with kitchen and laundry facilities, but still included all the great hotel perks

spa bath was really nice and relaxing and powerful

the bar (joe s), the restaurant (agostini s), and the cafe + bookstore (muse) are all great and it

parking was easy and close to the room

phone signal was weak but the free wifi made up for it

of the way; 5 min from supermarket in manuka; 1 min from golf course and golf practice range

convenience of the parking outside the tidy apartment was good

no parking close by for any visitors

great location. simple cute comfortable rooms. private parking.

we had a spa in the room which was lovely to relax in after a hard day's work

wifi signal too weak and didn't work and my room was in direct line of sight to office.

wifi was too weak and shower was not the greatest

friendly staff, tight parking, hot water luke warm by 8pm

the shower over the bath not preferred as the spa bath high to step over.

the room had a microwave, crockery, kitchen sink and a great selection of teas

especially for a pet-friendly room, everything was nicely done, and the sound-proofing - both in terms of noise

a small kitchen sink

free wifi always good especially with families

parking is a little removed from the rooms. can be difficult with a disabled person.

the bed lights were touch to turn on and off and our kids loved them

shower was great with all the different water options, spa was really good too

as normal wifi unreliable but otherwise comfortable

room was very spacious and featured a kitchenette, very convenient
