wifi was slow

nothing just parking entry tight.. ev charger would be nice

internet a bit slow for the kids

room service prices were a bit much

upgrade to the one bedroom apartment which was absolutely huge and had a large balcony and full kitchen

the room was well sized, nice balcony and amazing spa bath

the access to the gym and pool, both were a major contributor in the decision to stay at the canberra rex hotel

wifi was the only problem as it kept dropping out of range.

also, there is a rooftop bar, gym and pool

the kids love it

free wifi not working.

the breakfast each morning was ample and delicious

comfortable bed, nice breakfast relaxing spa staff friendly and helpful

free use of the laundry facilities would have been appreciated!

room service and breakfast were very good value

the gym was out of wipes & sanitiser. no big deal.

great facilities, good gym, very good car and restaurant.

laundry facilities on the floor were easy to use and fast

great location, super friendly staff, clean, safe, and the spa bath in the room was fantastic!

we were only there one night it was great to have a restaurant and bar so close, staff were friendly and bed

love that the stay included free access to the nearby gym

free wifi and parking was really good

the hot water pressure in the shower was fantastic for the winter but kids need to be careful as it is really

room was great except the wifi dropped out frequently

wifi was excellent this time around

parking was easy and close to the room

phone signal was weak but the free wifi made up for it

of the way; 5 min from supermarket in manuka; 1 min from golf course and golf practice range

convenience of the parking outside the tidy apartment was good

no parking close by for any visitors

great location. simple cute comfortable rooms. private parking.

we had a spa in the room which was lovely to relax in after a hard day's work

wifi signal too weak and didn't work and my room was in direct line of sight to office.

wifi was too weak and shower was not the greatest

friendly staff, tight parking, hot water luke warm by 8pm

the shower over the bath not preferred as the spa bath high to step over.

the room had a microwave, crockery, kitchen sink and a great selection of teas

especially for a pet-friendly room, everything was nicely done, and the sound-proofing - both in terms of noise

a small kitchen sink

free wifi always good especially with families

parking is a little removed from the rooms. can be difficult with a disabled person.

the bed lights were touch to turn on and off and our kids loved them

shower was great with all the different water options, spa was really good too

as normal wifi unreliable but otherwise comfortable

room was very spacious and featured a kitchenette, very convenient
