for those winter months, i highly recommend the sunrise view room with the fireplace inside

1. needs better room heating/cooling system. very loud. 2. pet fee is a bit high

parking lot needs replacing, a little pricey

sunrise view is actually a parking lot view, so i'd opt for a valley view room

to get to pet-friendly rooms since no elevator

it was a pet friendly family, pets were not allowed at the breakfast room (which we do understand) but that

convenient parking

swimming pool always a plus for kids

my kids swim and we know a dirty pool when we see one

beautiful place. very nice extra building with a cool central fireplace.

i also appreciated the community cottage with it's round fireplace and board games

after returning from dinner in ithaca, we found no available parking at our building

daily cleaning of rooms + near a waterfall and a lake + very beautiful area around the hotel with fireplace,

maybe it s due to covid, their kitchen doesn t open for dinner during weekdays

the owner even made us a couple drinks at the bar when we arrived

had to ask for spa tub jets to be cleaned and air conditioning had a musty smell.

we did not make use of the kitchen facilities apart from that

main house looked very quaint. we stayed in the cooks cottage. parking was not an issue.

the room had a gas fireplace, a king bed, tv, wardrobe, side tables and a comfortable chair

it had a beautiful gas fireplace and shelly had coffee and tea available as well

it had a fireplace and a big bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower

and every piece appears to have been carefully sought after), wonderful hosts and tasty home-made breakfast
