poor wifi

breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice and didn't necessarily use the buffet but could have

not far from the motorway. good parking. great price and very friendly staff.

location. ground floor room. excellent breakfast and reasonable prices for evening meals

it was often quite difficult to locate any of the staff, i usually had to go looking in the kitchen to talk to

welcoming as it was quite dark at the entrance and there were no signs anywhere for reception or parking didn

a lovely riverside walk, staff were all friendly, the river suite was comfortable with additional kitchen

staff were exceptional and the breakfast was fab

our accomodation could also be used for self catering as there was a small kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave

i ve stayed a lot and room standards of wifi vary

lovely spa facilities.nice country pub 2 mins walk away.

when in the room we decided to get room service, the internal phones were not working and when l phoned the

i loved that the staff put rose petals on the bed with a box of chocolates and a message wishing me and my

dog friendly, good room service, comfortable and handy for breaking trips to northern

on top of all of that, breakfast was fantastic

wifi didn't work but we had 4g so never mentioned this to hotel.

he was allowed in the bar whilst i had evening meal and breakfast so all good

the four poster bed room was clean, and so spacious, a spa bath & a relaxing rain shower

nice, comfortable room with spa bath

have to mention the staff, particularly the young gentleman who checked us in, served behind the bar and

t efficient enough to heat the room so there was an oil-filled electrical heater perched on the fireplace;

nice wee bar with a good selection of drinks

especially the ladies at breakfast who were genuinely interested in how you were, very helpful with suggestions

definite pet odour in the room. otherwise wonderful experience.

my husband was not feeling well, they arranged for a lovely room service breakfast for him and were so kind

beautiful, tasteful rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent food at dinner, and breakfast (thanks chef)
