the food was also lovely, we had room service as it was easier with having the dogs but they are aloud in the

building and decor, friendly staff, dog friendly, hot tub was a bonus, dinner and breakfast delicious and had

windows overlooking river, and there was not the room service when needed

wifi, although available, was a little unreliable and kept disconnecting

location is perfect with great parking facilities

booked a 'spa' hotel, there was nothing to suggest that there were any spa facilities on the premises

having the spa and pool is a lovely option after a day exploring the lakes

the pool and gym are great

enjoyed sauna and the gym was small but pretty well equipped to be honest

parking was limited

the instructions for connection to wifi were out of date

the high quality extended to breakfast too

offer room service - we had expected this given covid as makes it easier to socially distance if able to

plus a lovely space outside to sit in better weather and plenty parking

the rooms were beautiful, super clean & the room service menu was amazing

breakfast was locally sourced and very tasty

a question, they made us a packed lunch for our hike the next day, beer garden was good for the kids, staff were

food (dinner and breakfast) was excellent. quiet comfortable room - spa bath was unexpected.

our room was lovely with double spa bath and comfy bed

rooms a little dated and limited wifi

enjoyed the double spa bath after a long day walking on the fells

the place offered a great selection of drinks to purchase from the honest bar and a good selection of breakfast

the honesty bar is also a great feature

it was lovely to stay somewhere we could actually eat the breakfast

issue number 2 on leaving whilst settling honesty bar bill was also told there was a extra charge for dog after

the honesty bar and homemade cake was a lovely touch

wifi very slow, any web page with images won't load at all.

breakfast was good shaun the host was brilliant at his job couldn t do enough for you

path it doesn't really matter and you still get to enjoy the views from the restaurant over breakfast
