services were not offered (15 min welcome massage, spa or fitness) nor was any substitutes offered

wifi was choppy

the suit includes kitchen with all necessary utensils

dirt around the kitchenette sink rim was noticeable

the bed was comfy, we got extra pillow. the laundry is very stiff

pool was a little sketchy hot tub was not appealing

room has it's own spa bath

wifi was spotty as well

prior notification, the room service had been cancelled for 4 days

there is no internet connection. wifi connection is very poor.

the pool was gross

best breakfast, very good location.

stayed in early spring so no pool yet but will report back after the next stay

were advertised as pool and breakfast available, neither were room was dirty and the hallways smelt mouldy

laundry was ridiculously priced (eg $15 for a tshirt) to the point i had to send out my laundry

very accommodating at restaurant for kids requests, also breakfast had a special kids rate.

the spa lounge was a lovely place to chill before we headed to the airport

the dining and bar were phenomenal with a classic vibe, nice layout and decor, excellent staff and menu

would benefit from a pool but understand why not

it s beautiful, classy, has a gym, pool and a spa and a 7 star restaurant

- suites are well equipped - large fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave - they even include laundry

great location, friendly front staff. good kitchen supplies. nice deck .
