a very friendly hotel close to shops and good parking
excellent friendly staff, large room , free parking and great value for money
breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh and red hot

couldn't get through to room service.
30pm and were unable to get any food , only thing available off the room service menu was a cheese board ( it
others as in the images it showed children in little bath robes and looked really inclusive for kids
no pool or lounge areas
the suite was lovely with a great choice of snacks and mini bar choices too

drinks i have bar expensive but to be expected.
booked in the restaurant it was everything we were expecting and more and the next evening we had room service
the hotel has a very comfortable lounge and bar near reception, with a cosy fireplace and multiple seating
charged 100 which took a month to get back and our room service was 60 give or take but we had to pay that

tv didn't work the signal was absolutely terrible so i watched my ipad, however you do get free wifi so that
code that didn t work for wifi when reported told there was a problem and we should have been given the staff
