loved loved the pool and size

the pool and gym are fantastic with hotel meals too

top floor , large room , large bathroom , excellent wifi

amazing value for money rooms are so clean you get room service and the stuff were

lots of parking

beds were very comfortable, room service was no trouble and very good

might have been a gym i reckon

wifi connection was poor .there was no service

enjoyed the pool very much but would have enjoyed it all the more of it had been heated

loved that they have two queen beds! it's absolutely ideal for a family with small kids

it was good to be able to close the room off where the kids were sleeping

family friendly, great pool, close to train and shops, catered for kids with a kids corner which was great at

old hotel car parking and lack of laundry room for self service

great location so close to shops and trains. nice and clean, nice pool

also, a mini bar could have been added to the room

the spa and balcony were awesome

served with what was stated on the menu and when i asked they simply said it was a mix up in the kitchen

friendly staff from the cleaners to the managers and bar and wait staff

no kitchenette so all meals need to be eaten out, either downstairs or elsewhere

i stayed in the spa suite with a king bed and private balcony, and the room was outstanding

the laundry was dirty & the grounds in general smelled

spacious room, lovely breakfast

i ad called room service that night to advise

the receptionist seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else, did not give a access code to wifi and did not

the only let down was l couldnt use pool

room service menu could do with a little improvement

quite surprisingly classy for the suburbs free parking, free wifi great

find me a parking shops and everything nearby

bar girl was rude when i asked if i could order a hot chocolate

the king spa suite is a decent size room, and the spa bath fits two nicely

room we were in was facing the highway and also above the kitchen so the traffic noise and the noise from the

guest laundry was coin operated, i would have preferred a form of charge back to the room, on the plus

the breakfast every morning the staff were amazing and food was delicious

and their buffet breakfast was so yummy, with great variety

stay confort, got gym and swimming pool, but pool a bit cold
