the room was amazing didn't get to the pool or fitness area but they seem really

pet owners clean up after your pets

fortunately, the wifi connection allowed us to find a restaurant that was still open when we got to the hotel

clean rooms, excellent service, buffet breakfast, location and spa tub in our room best perk.

that i wasn't told i need a parking pass in my car.

we did enjoy a while at the indoor gym

the kids in it at the time looked very happy

wifi was sub par even after paying additional fee

we ended up having a very pleasant stay with our two kids, 4 and 7

the free wifi kept dropping off, and didn't always connect.

underground paking and front disk took it upon themselves to charge me an additional $120 for a pet fee knowing

sucks that there was no breakfast provided. they are remodeling.

the shuttle is prompt and the driver was pleasant

had a few issues there was someone's kids jumping up an down up stairs an i could not sleep so my next day not

the fire alarm being pulled by a kids early in the morning

from parking to check out everything moved smoothly

is nothing negative to said about this hotel plus it has a great parking for big trucks and a plus tony tomas

opening time for the pool was 9.30am. an early morning swim wasn't possible.

parking does get a bit more limited in the evening so if out late be prepared

the equipment in the gym was broken and the elliptical machine wasn t great

the breakfast sucked

i also did not feel comfortable with the kitchen / breakfast staff constantly watching me and saying things as

frequent room cleaning and keeping the halls clean working laundry appliances working fax

one of the shuttle drivers came in not feeling well and she helped him and all the guests at the same time

the rooftop bar was very enjoyable

there is a convenient bar in the lobby and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

mountain view narrow. halo bar not as good as pictures. bedroom was smaller than expected.
