we also enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and saltwater pool

we ordered room service for breakfast and could not charge it to our room

has a well equipped gym

in my room, the body lotion provided was opened and used, and the room service menu, was stained with food

and the wifi was very slow

need to bring a table up for 3 people when serving room service because there is no place to sit and eat

hotel gym i've ever seen

perks like very good coffee in the lobby on mornings, gold fish in the room for kids but what really makes this

room service was delicious, staff was very friendly and attentive

no in-room coffee maker; no room service; no fitness room; spa services were reduced to massages, facials, and

room service, tea time in the lobby, and their spa products were all amazing

guy in the cigar bar first of all complaint about the smoke commenting some terrible stuff to us looking at us

cruise bar in the hotel has the most talented bartender ever charlotte truly has a passion for

great location and outstanding gym facilities.

access to a full gym and spa was also great

restaurant in house for breakfast or lunch, but really good continental breakfast is provided free, so fair

great coffee shop and gym right next door which are part of the hotel

was great to be able to do laundry and have a kitchen

kitchen could use more cooking supplies such as pots, pans and pizza pan, utensils, etc

the pool and spa were excellent

there is a wonderful sitting area with a fireplace for mingling or reading

we opened the door that the foyer that not been swept 100%, then there was a bit of kibble on carpet, perhaps

loved the staff, room, pool and restaurants were an excellent and fun experience

neighboring rooms dirty room service dishes were not removed from hallway for duration of our stay bathroom

hot water was a problem, bar tending staff was not the best

the staff were very friendly and helpful, esp when i ran out of dryer sheets for laundry

i did however like that you had a little gym

breakfast was delicious

pool was closed. otherwise all went well.

the pool was cold but we still enjoyed it!
