wifi didn t work well anywhere in the hotel

/ shower screen too small so whole bathroom gets wet / handheld shower could not be hung up / kitchen cabinet

our stay was brief so we didn't have much opportunity to take advantage of the terrace and bar but it looked

fantastic location, beautiful roof top bar with views and comfortable beds.

there is a small bar in the hotel, and one on the corner opposite which has outside seating

there is a bar right next to the hotel, but with the closed windows the noise didn t disturb us

the wifi is strong

the leather material on the headboard was flaking off and the wifi didn t work.

there was a communion party around the corner so there were kids smoking pot and breaking glass bottles in the

wifi was a bit unreliable and intermittent in the room.

availability of the gym

onsite bar and restaurant really well run, good food, and value for money

we don't like using wifi that isn't protected

they provided us with a beaut of pool view suite and couldn t be more grateful

the pool is beautiful and relaxing

the location was very good, not far from the city centre, where we could find parking

the hotel is located in an old home, with a traditional spanish decor, free parking, beautiful swimming pool

no tea/coffee facilities in room wifi patchy outside of reception soundproofing between rooms could be better

breakfast was convenient

breakfast room would be better with normal table thank lower table

it lacked a desk or writing table in the room and the wifi was unstable one day.

breakfast was fine but no hot food. served in the bar on low tables.

downside was very poor pool that was not at all inviting to use even if it was hot weather

nothing really outside maybe adding pool towels either a the pool or in the room.

it was a perfect location to explore jerez old town with all sights, great restaurants and bars very nearby

is pure luxury, the room was amazing with many surprising little touches, and the garden and bar area absolutely

we used all the food services as well from room service to the restaurant

pool is also non existent

don t be misled by the suggestion that the hotel has a swimming pool (or even pools), spa and a gym

the gym is a super small room, not enough equipment and really room for 1 person at the time

the decor is lovely, there s a nice bar and there is even a roof terrace

staff, beautiful very large room, lots of wall outlets (for laptop, iphone & iwatch), lovely bar on ground floor

breakfast was delicious and the roof top terrace a lovely space to relax with drinks from the bar downstairs

mattress was old and the free wifi only worked when i was next to the hallway door, not in the room itself

the pool is lovely as well as the upper deck with the roof shade that can be opened or closed
