pool: it was a little sad

the restaurant and bar staff not so much

wifi is the worst i've ever seen anywhere in the world

pulling out of the parking lot there is a hump that makes pulling onto the road more difficult

booking.com told me no pet fee; however hotel has a $50 pet fee which they charged me.

there isn't bedbugs the king size bed was super comfy hot tub is amazing pool was very clean complaints

the jacuzzi in pool area was not operational and was a big part of choosing that hotel

loved the heated pool an jacuzzi the kids didn t wanna leave

the parking lot was a little frustrating to get in and out of and back to the main road

pool and hot tub are still closed

the bar and kitchen are excellent and the pool is open until 12am

the staff was great. the room was great. we like the gym, pool and bar!

gym needs some attention

people lingering all around the hotel parking lot that not all of them were guests

there was a gym, vending and laundry

truckers seem to stay here or at least there were some in the parking lot during our stay

clean and comfortable room, good variety of breakfast provided, friendly and helpful staff

the price, closeness to our tournament fields, free breakfast.

it was alright just weak wifi

wish they had more breakfast food that's the only thing that i have to say that maybe they could do more

everything, especially that it's pet friendly.

the parking kind of sucks

wifi did not work which was troubling since i was traveling for work and required internet service

it was quiet. my so and i enjoyed the spa tub and had a great nights sleep.

i did not eat breakfast (just because i slept through it) but the rooms were great, staff was friendly, and

continental breakfast was only boxes of danish and muffins. coffee and juice.

the ice machine was broke and the parking lot was very icy

the breakfast was excellent

they offer heat breakfast also

pool needed to be warmer!

the bar was nice, but i was waiting to order for 15 minutes

the friendly staff, the food was good and open late.. we liked the indoor pool and hot tub

needed more towels at the pool

the shuttle service was awesome

everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff made our grands feel special

i needed towels and when they were out, a very friendly young lady from the laundry room personally brought

wifi was out in back of hotel, complained all 3 days, no one fixed it

the wifi was difficult to connect to and was very slow.

during pandemic, breakfast every morning, housekeeping everyday (with no extra charge)

pool & sauna were peerfect

there is a small gym and a pool for guests to use

away this was witnessed after midnight and also with corona it need to be monitored in the pool and jacuzzi area

noticed someone (attendant) folding laundry

laundry were great in all respects

parking out front a little small and tight.

adequate parking and easy access into building and elevator with

breakfast was excellent
