went to use the hot tub since the bath wasn t what it was supposed to be, and the pool/hot tub was closed
no room service each day, it is still every 4xdays unless requested.

i believed there was a shuttle offered
even though the hotel shows they have a pool wit a hot tub, the hot tub had no water in it

the parking was great we were able to park in front of our room

they were able to facilitate early check in and gave us a first floor room
parking was difficult to find because there were no signs up for the hotel near the street
