the main pool was in construction and we were informed by the time we arrived.

the pool was room temperature which meant it was cold all the time

i am also from the eu and lived / worked in hospitality in jamaica and lived/ worked in cayman as fitness instructor

there wasn't a 24-hour snack bar for that late night drink/snack.

the breakfast was good. i enjoyed the omelet station

more maintenance in the pool areas

bar had few options (hamburger, hot dog, chicken nuggets - mostly kid food) and wasn't always open

pool was not clean, the room cleaning service was poor, the gym is too small and old, prices are very high, not too many options for dinner, they serve the

there is lots to enjoy, such as beach, pool, tennis courts, free bicycles, various restaurants, gym, there is even a zoo and stables

whole place is in need of an update, specially the gym is very much outdated

pool was great and overall an ok place if it was clean and roach free

well maintained with beautiful pool, nice restaurant with varied, affordable menu and friendly staff
