the salt water pool was excellent

at the town center when i get there with my bags i had to walk all the way to the resort with kids bags in order to get checked in 45 min in a line

the animation in the pool area for the kids was also very good and the ladies running it were super friendly and nice

whole place is in need of an update, specially the gym is very much outdated

there is lots to enjoy, such as beach, pool, tennis courts, free bicycles, various restaurants, gym, there is even a zoo and stables

simple things, not fresh fruits on breakfast or in the gym, not fresh cut meats in the asao pescao restaurant, poor side dishes

i am also from the eu and lived / worked in hospitality in jamaica and lived/ worked in cayman as fitness instructor

the spa building wasn’t open for our trip

the towels on the pool are overused and didn’t smell good.

only a couple waitresses at the breakfast buffet never smiled, but it didn’t let us bother us

the gym was poor

there are several faulty machines in the gym, the room cannot be ventilated and the air condition system is not functioning

-gym was sparse -would be nice to have adult area with oool table, etc -food was okay

not like the abandoned appearance of the gym

we liked the gym and spa facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises
