lack of gym equipment

it was a minor issue but traveling outside to reach the spa/gym was annoying~

the gym needs a revamp - some machines do not work and are dysfunctional

we arrived late after a long day at a gymnastics competition and restaurant were great at accommodating us

the gym was quiet (just me for the 45 mins i was there) and had 2 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 2 bikes (-) again, a minor thing but the gym is geared to people who want to use very heavy free weights, i would have liked to have seen 2 (-)gym has deteriorated since i last went (+) has a small gym which is great (-)the gym and spa is very small and does not have a good selection of work out equipment. the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety for all tastes and dietarys

wifi was less than good and non existant on our 9th floor

experience but it would have been nice to have had a china teapot in the classy downstairs bar rather than a cheap, stainless steel one

was waiting and parked our car ( wasn't expecting that) staff very respectfull and polite room service was great room was lovely very high ceilings very nice bathroom and very (-)room service food was shocking, we ordered tuna and cucumber sandwiches which arrived on white (-)ordered a room service pizza and sandwich one evening which were disappointing after the quality of food and (+) equipped with a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, ironing board and room service if you required it (+)bed, clean room, prompt and efficient room service breakfast (-)room service breakfast was stone cold. not the cleanest in areas in the room, chipped mugs and having to get a pass for the gym is very annoying
