i can t comment on the gym as we didn t use it

lovely breakfast, staff were all attentive throughout my stay. location was ideal.

wifi connection was weak in my room.

the big problem we encountered was not being able to get to the roof top bar ,you hat to pre-book this which is not made clear at the time of booking the hotel and one of

the rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus with the best views over the town and tyne
