gym with lots of great equipment

if i could possibly fault it at all i would give the pool / gym manager some customer training

gym was well laid out with plenty of equipment

also had gym tea and coffee making facilities in room free wifi lovely location restaurant and bar were good

the gym was the best, i loved that the sauna was really hot. staff was very kind and helpful

excellent facilities with pool, gym and sauna

staff, very reasonable, room was clean and comfortable , and the addition of a gym/pool/steam room was outstanding after a long day

staff are also lovely and very helpful, beer was also very good the gym is one of the best in any hotel i have been too and i liked the sauna after a good hard workout

went to use gym but smelt of sweat as soon as we opened the door

excellent facilities (including gym) and spacious room (+) like the gym - good new equipment (-)great that there is a gym - but the kit in it needs some attention (+)gym. friendly staff (-)of the gym equipment was not working and the other stuff was wee bit old, still used it and managed a (-)there was no swimming pool they have a sauna and a gym... (-)bathroom tired looking, gym facilities basic (-)gym area could do with a bit of maintenance but i m sure that would not worry most people as it (-)it had a gym or swimming pool but you cant have everything to be fair london derry kept me very busy (+)fantastic location, right in the centre. good breakfast. gym.

(not easy when you have 4 young kids)breakfast and bar food where excellent

not allowed to order garlic bread for guest even though it was on kids menu

terrible wifi. very hard bed and pillows were chopped up fill. need replacing.

the wifi isn't great. should not advertise it as a selling point until they upgrade it.

there was a swimming pool (children's pool and adult pool) with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, tennis court and spa

the gym is brilliant and the spa and indoor pool are so relaxing

the lobby could do with a bit of a spruce up, as could the gym facilities

would have liked a better gym

hotel itself is a bit dated ,decor was a little drab although gym area was really nice

cant fault anything rooms where massive kids had their own wee room with twin beds and then we had our room so it made everything so

we planned joining the gym and next time bring our kids for a swim too

buffet breakfast was excellent bar fod very good staff very friendly and helpful pool and gym

next time we will bring swim suits and gym gear
