staff, very reasonable, room was clean and comfortable , and the addition of a gym/pool/steam room was outstanding after a long day

(-)bathroom tired looking, gym facilities basic (-)gym area could do with a bit of maintenance but i m sure that would not worry most people as it (-)it had a gym or swimming pool but you cant have everything to be fair london derry kept me very busy (+)fantastic location, right in the centre. good breakfast. gym.

the place needs a wifi booster

wifi kept disconnecting every few minutes

(not easy when you have 4 young kids)breakfast and bar food where excellent (+)location inside the walls, parking in secure basement, cozy/comfy rooms, nice bar plus really good restaurant (+) food was great & the entertainment in the hotel bar was superb (+) bar and restaurant very good also (+) special shout out to aishling in the lyric bar where we stopped for a few drinks before going out

the staff was also incredibly helpful, answering questions, helping me find a spot to do laundry (they had laundry at the hotel but it just wouldn't have been ready in time, otherwise i
