no breakfast and they where not nice to my kids

air conditioner in the main room which was the living room and kitchen, it was only in the bedrooms

is an issue as there are air vents both in the bathroom (although you can shut the door) and the kitchen area (no door)

past years the bar and restaurant were not of the best

we had an early check in, our room was ready and perfect.

certainly not enough of a problem to stop me from coming back but with kids at home, i needed the be able to text and email with them

the bracelet quarantine system worked too and food from the kitchen was tasty

wifi poor, drops approx every 5 -10 minutes, king sized bed was two twin beds pushed together

surprised that instead of only being locked in our room we could also use the quarantine pool with social distancing rules in effect

it was a very quiet hotel which was great to relax in but a close walk to the beach and a local bar if you wanted more excitement, so the best of both worlds

to find the hotel, ust turn on the street opposite the chill bar ( a popular south coast bar) and walk two blocks in the direction away from the ocean

the wifi was excellent everywhere in the hotel - the staff and the security team were really friendly

we had a one bedroom suite which was really spacious and the kitchen very well equipped

the crazy golf course was superb

we loved the beach, pools, tennis, mini golf & turtles both in the pond & on the beach were fabulous

the extra activities are a plus- the mini golf course, snorkels to borrow etc

mini-golf course is pretty beat up and the snorkeling equipment was basically only for kids

and cottages are located in the annex complex with garden views only with separate bedroom

coco’s restaurant for breakfast & lunch is wonderful & the beach bar is fabulous

there s also a well-equipped small kitchen which was unexpected

so this is a place to chill and play pool, drink and just lounge

the service, facilities, kids club, staff, food, layout, pool, sea, room was all 10/10

us and the children

struggled to get a bed at the pool unless we woke up at 5:45 to put a towel out and the sizzle steakhouse needs to be booked well

the only person who didn't go out of their way to accommodate was helen at the bar who needs to work on smiling more and being less condescending

once we had the car, the location didn't bother us at all because the hotel has free parking so we could come and go as we liked

rooms are well equipped with plenty of towels, beach towels and robes and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay

enough activities for kids to do and karaoke night was a nuisance when trying to put baby to sleep

i wish they kept the downstairs bar open until late sa we could dine and drink close to the beach

the gym was great and the ocean view room are worth it. the rooms and bathroom were a bit tired.
