easy to get sun lounger on beach or at pool

no breakfast and they where not nice to my kids

air conditioner in the main room which was the living room and kitchen, it was only in the bedrooms

is an issue as there are air vents both in the bathroom (although you can shut the door) and the kitchen area (no door)

past years the bar and restaurant were not of the best

we had an early check in, our room was ready and perfect.

certainly not enough of a problem to stop me from coming back but with kids at home, i needed the be able to text and email with them

the bracelet quarantine system worked too and food from the kitchen was tasty

wifi poor, drops approx every 5 -10 minutes, king sized bed was two twin beds pushed together

surprised that instead of only being locked in our room we could also use the quarantine pool with social distancing rules in effect

location, clean room with regular housekeeping and the availability of free laundry

no hot tub by pool. not a deal breaker it just would have been nice

the bar wasn't open everyday like mentioned, only on friday evening, same as the second restaurant

pool in & lounge facilities are just perfect, if you wanted a day away from it all

a shame there was no smoking area around the pool, it would have been good to ave an option for a smaller meal as you dont always want a 2

the crazy golf course was superb

extremely well equiped rooms and tennis courts, basic mini golf if you like that sort of stuff

the kids loved playing in the pool and in the beautiful gardens

the extra activities are a plus- the mini golf course, snorkels to borrow etc

mini-golf course is pretty beat up and the snorkeling equipment was basically only for kids

we loved the elevator access right off of our balcony to reach the pool and beach
