here as currently looking at wedding venues close to grandparents who live near hawkstone park golf club

close to the golf course

wifi, in our room at least, was poor to non existent

we requested an early check in and had an email to confirm but when we arrived it was not on the booking

parking, check-in, room, restaurant, breakfast, check-out, all great

they should be more transparent eg an £8 breakfast became £12

this enough - every member of staff we encountered from the hotel reception, restaurant staff and bar staff were all so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond without batting an eyelid,

booked 2 bedrooms for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 14) the bedrooms were very comfortable and a good size for the price

very accommodating in the bar in the evening

the hotel was dog friendly and able to come into the bar area

thing about the crown is the staff, they couldn t be more helpful carrying bags and organising parking always with a smile

parking was difficult to identify but staff helped out but it wasn't straight forward

instant coffee was provided but we didnt have any room service resfresh so this didnt cover our last morning

good beers good food child friendly has most amazing minstrel ballroom ideal for wedding parties parking at a price

just love this place, bang in the middel of nantwich with good parking

it would have been even better if was a golf course

pool and spa made it worth the money compared to similar hotels like another local one on a golf course i've stayed at on previous trips

another positive point goes to the gym

pool was a bit busy as it was saturday afternoon

maybe could have done with a hook in the gym shower cubicle

is going through difficult times, all the staff were cheerful and helpful, the evening meal and breakfast was superb as was the room

a nice chilled weekend but i think if you're staying at the hotel access to the swimming pool and gym should be automatic

a very secured enclosed golf resort, room are spacious, and staffs are friendly and helpful

golf course looks absolutely amazing honestly can say it's tge best hotel i've ever stayed at

it s in the middle of a beautiful golf course and therefore it s so quiet and tranquil

it was a mile to the mere golf course so perfect location

bar staff really chatty

had to call reception, then go and ask directly to the kitchen

were so helpful, sorry didn't get their names but in particular the receptionist, the bar man the waitress at dinner & waitress at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble

room service was poor in the morning; could not get milk easily for my baby

it was quite local to golf course and to local pubs

gym was great, steam, sauna and pool was all fab

electric heaters which isn t ideal with kids

the hotel is spotless family rooms were perfect and the even left some goodies and treats for the kids staff were very friendly also

it was unfortunate we ran out of time as the children would have loved to have used the swimming pool - it is on our list for our next stay

we had fun as a family playing crazy golf, in the playground and in the swimming pool

spacious clean bedroom overlooking golf course with hugh king size bed

think that isn t clear is the use of of the basic events facilities etc tennis courts and crazy golf etc - there are signs that this has to be paid for separately even for residents

great restaurant, bar, spa, golf course and numerous other facilities to keep you busy.

had a long journey but the bar staff and kitchen staff managed to get us a bite to eat

if it were not for that i properly would have been in the bar enjoyed
