i liked the hospitality and the interior decor of the lounge bar and function room.

there was a lovely young lady behind the bar and an older lady both of whom were extremely kind to me at a difficult time for me, thank you

negative would be children allowed in swimming pool from 9-12 in the morning but classes on so not much room for them to move around freely as

old fashioned country house in beautiful grounds with plenty of car parking and great food

staff were excellent, very friendly, great with the kids. pool facilities also brilliant.

the little touches like being able to order milk and cookies and mini white robes for the kids with vip on the back

at breakfast staff made arrangements so many of the guests from the day could sit together

the improvement works to the spa facilities (which we knew about), the pool was great for the kids

health club definitely worth a couple of visits, the gym equipment, jacuzzi and pool very good

so nice to have warm cookies waiting for the kids at reception which they thoroughly enjoyed

the staff were truly exceptional as were their efforts to cater to kids.

major but would ve been nice to have public access round the golf course so people who aren t playing golf can have a nice

great location, close to city yet rural. great facilities - spa, golf course and leisure club.
