no mention of pet fee that i saw while making the reservation

- cigarette smoke and buds all around - worn out sign, rooms, reception area - very high $25 pet fee for a 2 star

location was great. $25.00 pet fee was great.

$25 per day pet fee was not advertised. we felt that was excessive.

the pet fee was too high. pet fees should be mentioned up front.

loves the grounds pool and creek very kid friendly

i didn’t use the indoor heated pool but that’s another great amenity at this place

the property is absolutely gorgeous we loved the spa tube

enjoyed everything and it was easy parking wasn’t crowded or loud the room was huge with the kitchenette

we should have went in warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool.

the common kitchen area where breakfast was served, was nice, but underused

the spacious room with couch, kitchen table, full kitchen. the quietness of the motel.

great thick towels, very clean, all kitchen utensils you need was available, very accommodating, everything you need for the fire is

cozy place to stay lovely cozy beds, in the suite room i had it had a small kitchen,couch , dining table, wardrobe, 2 beds, full bathroom ,heating light in the bathroom

there is a mini golf directly beside castlewood inn which my

small parking lot and half of it is reserved for the mini golf business

the location next to fantasy golf was perfect and the stores and restaurants were close by

perfect location and worthwhile amenities. loved the pool and mini-golf adjacent to the inn.

there are picnic tables, bbq grills, and a pool for summertime

pool a little to cool for me bit granddaughter swam everyday.

the pool was enjoyable and the grandkids loved it

we loved the porch and the beds and really loved the pool and the coolness of the mountains

no swimming pool as it was listed

there's a pool that looked nice, but i didn't use it - there are picnic tables in that area, too

i wish the pool had of been opened!!! us ladies wanted to lay in the sun.

very valuable as i came with a small motorcycle trailer and able to park trailer and car in safe spot

property is in need of upkeep and updates. laundry facilities smelled damp and musty

it has laundry, a hiker box and is close to amenities.

a little dated, it was clean and had all required amenities like small fridge, microwave, tv, laundry on site

we got there early and were able to have an early check in at 1:00

the pool area, the adirondack chairs, the chairs on the porch outside of the room - it was all like

pool is well maintained (though we didn’t use it) and they have a fire pit that’s stocked and

the pool stayed open later

pool was closed, but i didn't bring a bathing suit anyways. there is nothing else i didn't like.

were the problem change wording to say there is a pet fee not that there may be a pet fee

the pool is a huge hit as well as mini golf

the wifi in my location was spotty

the wifi was there if i really needed to connect

cell phone service, wifi lousy, worst of all the coffee in the lobby was weak and downright horrible
