the highlight was the hydro pool with stunning views of the beachud83dude0d our room was in the new wing of the hotel and was

the noise from the laundry was consistent and very annoying, the towel rail wall brackets were loose and one of the

wifi kept dropping out

with very good facilities especially the large walk in shower - the food in both the bar and the breakfast included in the room rate were first class and the bar had a lovely atmosphere

bar was very dark and confined, not a place we wanted to use, compared to the open aspect of the

way system to get to bar

cannot fault this lovely hotel,beautiful decor,immaculately clean and very nice staff,oh and the breakfast was lovely too

best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

the kitchenette was very well stocked and adequate but would have been handy to have an oven but again

the kitchen space had everything you needed for the short break away, 2 ring hob, full size fridge &

clean and well-equipped with the convenience of an ev charger right outside

we had a lovely room with both golf view and sea view

customer service aspect at the hotel and that at the troon links which offers the choice of three golf courses were excellent

housekeeping couldn't have been nicer when we arrived, allowed us a room to change into our golf clothes and were so friendly too

love the staff, the rooms, the views, the peace & quiet, the pubs, the golf course

accomodation was perfect for playing golf,we actually played a course before arriving (lamlash),but got soaked through,when we arrived

the breakfast was quite poor, didnt think it was fresh and the quality not good for a gang of golfers needing to feed up before setting off

maybe as it was the open golf weekend at troon the prices were a lot higher than any other

moaned at that kids were still up past 9 o’clock and getting told to take them upstairs usually at home aye they

has a reputation it wishes to uphold as a favourite for visitors to ayr and nearby facilities (eg golf, race course etc) (+)good location for the golf
