the pool/hot tub was a little dated

electrical in my room was broken, there was no hot water, the wifi was terrible

, the shower was not cleaned properly however , the staff has given us another night stay in kids

i choose this place because of the outdoor pool and the location

i had a fantastic time in the pool (which i didn’t realize would already be in operation) sooo happy with the hot tub and the

picking up different key card at the front desk to access the pool and roof top.

pong room is awesome, kids loved it

it is close to a golf course and although i didn’t golf, i had breakfast at the restaurant at the golf course

also knew about golf courses & places of interest

and hot tub good particularly for adult time rooms were good and clean spa next door was a

great room and comfortable bed and breakfast just like home.

didn't like that the pool was cold and the hot tub not working or had no sign to let us know it was not working

it had a well equipped gym, both indoor and outdoor pools and several hot tubs

pool perfect size and depth for safety of kids

loved our very spacious room with a full kitchen and, best of all, a laundry in the suite

good location with great view of the lake. the rooftop pool and gym are the best.

it got a laundry room

the pool was very clean and everything was easy and fun

clean updated rooms with good kitchen facilities

was unorganized; miscommunication about early check in, the ice machine was broken, and multiple cars coming in and out of a tiny parking

i found their laundry detergent to be a little chemical harsh as well, but at least you know the sheets and

our room was great having a little kitchen in it

the bar area setting was not very comfortable

our room faced the pool and it was nice and quiet

we had breakfast in the restaurant

the staff were excellent, both helping me with an early check in and being speedy and cheerful when i checked out at 6 am

we expected that our room has small kitchen

breakfast was great and barry, the breakfast attendant, made sure everything was on point

breakfast could be better.

however, our room with the kitchenette was great

bert good variety breakfast, you're, cereal, muffins, toast, eggs and eleven waffles

we were in kelowna to inter our mother at the kelowna cemetery just up the road beside the golf and country club so for us your location was absolutely perfect

the north view overlooks the golf course so is probably much nicer

i also wish they would have had a room service option for breakfast because it’s hard with 2 kids (one with special needs) to get

breakfast included, 24 hour room service and parking

cleanliness , i wish there is microwave in the room , also i hope the hotel starts back room

location to a variety of food outlets were within walking distance with the best place being the golf club across the road being exceptional

our room opened up to a gorgeous view of a sprawling golf course, with distant glimpses of the lake shimmering like a little secret waiting to be

walking distance to the golf course & two eagles bar + grill, to tim hortons and few other restaurants we have not tried

always really clean and they have a little indoor outdoor pool that’s open year round; great fun to swim in a warm pool when it’s snowing

very friendly, bed was the most comfortable i've slept on in a hotel, price was very reasonable, breakfast options were simple but great, wi-fi was fast

the kitchen is not fully equipped, with the exception of plates and glasses

accommodations were fantastic, we stayed in cabin #7,, fully outfitted kitchen, beds small but very very comfortable

some kitchen supplies that would have been niice to have, measuring cups and spoons, big knives for

they had a lot of stuff in the kitchen but were missing few necessary stuff

aleshia was wonderfull to let me in a little earlier so i could make my golf tee time

could have got more for the money - no elevator - no pool rooms clean and staff helpful and

when i asked about dropping off the key because we we leaving by 4am, he prepared us a to-go breakfast since we would be missing the complimentary breakfast

breakfast is not suitable for gluton free. not a huge deal.
