staff were very friendly and they accommodated an early check in for my elderly parents

key card was finicky and the wifi was not strong and we had issues streaming on our devices

multi-purpose machine in the gym was broken at the time of my visit so this was disappointing as the gym itself it quite small

the north view overlooks the golf course so is probably much nicer

we were in kelowna to inter our mother at the kelowna cemetery just up the road beside the golf and country club so for us your location was absolutely perfect

there were decent facilities with a small gym, a small pool and a hot tub

room was ready for early check in, each room is unique, close parking, great and friendly staff

had a barbeque on the rooftop, which was great with three kids

little place with lots of nice patios and rec activities (bikes, roller skates, ping pong, pool) very fun hotel

my kids really had fun with all that there is

it is close to a golf course and although i didn’t golf, i had breakfast at the restaurant at the golf course

also knew about golf courses & places of interest

constant door slamming & location of the kitchen

beautiful view from the top floor of mountains and the 18th hole of the golf course, we enjoyed watching the final t-off and putts

aleshia was wonderfull to let me in a little earlier so i could make my golf tee time

pool and hot tub not operational short staffed

we had 4 hour flight delay and someone was at desk at 3:30am to check us in and gave us a late check out

only disappointing part was there was no swimming pool, but that was my own fault for not confirming before booking

the cold breakfast was great - good quality and plentiful

all our requests were met and we appreciate the parking and place to lock up our bicycles

felt like a resort could moor a boat - very helpful marina staff clean kids loved pool and

the resort's control but, due to lake flooding, boardwalk and beach were closed and parking was limited

roomy, clean, equipped very well. laundry and kitchen a big plus.

the hotel features a couple of nice amenities such as a big pool and a fitness center

clean. great staff. fantastic pool and awesome included breakfast

our room #422 had a great view and my son enjoyed the pool (jacuzzi tub) as he called it lol

there’s also a pool which looks nice, i just did not have time to use it, otherwise i definitely would

always really clean and they have a little indoor outdoor pool that’s open year round; great fun to swim in a warm pool when it’s snowing

some kitchen supplies that would have been niice to have, measuring cups and spoons, big knives for

they had a lot of stuff in the kitchen but were missing few necessary stuff

accommodations were fantastic, we stayed in cabin #7,, fully outfitted kitchen, beds small but very very comfortable

the patio was excellent and the fully equipped kitchen and bbq were a great bonus.

you needed was in the kitchen for cooking and preparing a meal
