one thing i didn t like was the fact that the pool in the advertised pictures were different than the actual pool

at 1 30 am i was woken up to kids banging on my door, the room above me banged all night

breakfast was excellent too

booked the hotel based on the indoor pool, however the pool so cold and the kids not enjoyed it

my kids coughed the whole time we were there, thought they were getting sick but now that we're home

kids and i had a great time

due to covid pool closed didn’t know that in advance and kids disappointed

a bit outdated and the double beds were really small, hard to even fit two (tween) kids in

equipment in gym was really old or broken

hotel's gym could need a little more updating, and the restaurant's menu was dated (however there are many

too many kids. a bit loud. no bar.

we have been together for 30 years and have 6 kids

but unfortunately, we will be staying somewhere next year when we go down for my daughter‘s gymnastics competition

the staff very good. in cafeteria, luis very kind with kids.

they allowed me to do a late check out that's a big plus for me

they had my items in trash bins, stuffed in laundry bin, and on the bottom of their cart

wifi connection was poor couldn't connect kids xbox was not impressed with breakfast, it was a messy area and no staff serving didn't like

pool heater is still not fixed. we stayed 2 weeks ago and was told it was broken then.

however , it brought in a little rowdiness from much older kids than mine and i felt like it became a free for all

our kids loved the pool and we liked that the kids pull out couch was in a separate area from our bed
