location, lovely bar and restaurant, excellent and large pool, free coffee in foyer, comfortable rooms, recently

bonus was this property had a shuttle service that we used for the event in town which was fabulous

were pretty loud and kids were running up and down the hallway other than that i will be coming back

the shuttle they provide is the best bonus ever

food was great for breakfast. bar and food good at night.

the staff at the hotel bar was horrible

gym/fitness center would be good enough for most people i guess, but i for me it was missing one key

there were kids in the hallways running and playing in the hallways

but if we were some of those said idiots we probably would have needed a check in from the kids just to say hey we haven’t forgotten about you or you’re next on the list or whatever it

room had a wonderful view of a brick wall, the gym hadn’t been updated in 12 years, the staff was cold and poorly managed, the water was

equipment in gym was really old or broken

there was no cleaning service, and the gym was almost always closed

gym needs updating

the laundry facility was down for some time

have to sweep and clean up the stairwell that goes from the laundry room to the side of the building

was so bad no room service no cleaning of room or making bed called two times to have towels replaced nobody

eggs for breakfast were powdered eggs. not good. needs to be more healthy choices.

was perfect, kids loved the pool, room was neat and clean, we needed extra towels and the staff brought them to

pool heater is still not fixed. we stayed 2 weeks ago and was told it was broken then.

loved how me and my husband had the whole pool to our selfs

the kids loved the pool even tho we were told it was heated and was not but kids still enjoyed

they had my items in trash bins, stuffed in laundry bin, and on the bottom of their cart

wi-fi did not work and the laundry did not work

our grandson loved the pool - didn't want to get out both times
