i loved the pool .

breakfast is excellent and good value. swimming pool wonderful. gym also spacious.

kids live in newton, so this hotel’s location is pretty much perfect

location with respect to boston centre and the absence of a shuttle service to the closest t stations

gorgeous, clean, looked very high end. staff were great. pool was wonderful.

felt the food at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were overpriced

more options for room service for beverages and food options.

kids in pool too late and pool was cold

stayed with 4 kids and myself

kitchen was spotless, even the dishes glasses silverware sparkled

the wifi did not work.

it was nice to have a working kitchen with a full fridge to use and a comfy couch to sit and relax

the gym is small, maybe relocate in a bigger space

it's in a busy place and no where around to walk to - but not a problem thanks to the shuttles!

they gave me a voucher for the gym down the

@ restaurant very helpful at breakfast time, @ the bar very friendly when we need a drink to relax at the end of the day

the late check out time and proximity to groceries/pharmacy/hospital/coffee was perfect for my family

wish the bar or pool was open but understand people are still in the covid mindframe

they had a bagel bar with coffee in the lobby every morning, as well as in room coffee makers

the snack shack was wonderful but we found out too late that it was mini bar prices!!

am not sure why the second night, both my kids and i had severe asthmatic symptoms requiring us to take our inhalers every 2 hours

we absolutely loved the pop-up christmas bar and the happy wine hour

to other cities/countries and the standards of the amenities are not up to par eg lobby area, gym

drive to key places in boston/cambridge - very quiet/great view - modern design in rooms - great gym/ in room yoga mat - received a nice gift for special occasion ( it was very pleasant) -

i liked that the gym was on the top floor (light) and 24 hour accessible
