swimming pool was too small,and breakfast was a little too expensive

also, i loved that the pool was available by appointment so that i could still enjoy a swim during these crazy times

breakfast is excellent and good value. swimming pool wonderful. gym also spacious.

on site restaurant and bar had excellent service and great food

and to my son medical appointment, to boston college, and nice restaurant + having a swimming pool

i wish we took advantage of the free shuttle

shuttle to harvard square

complimentary shuttle service throughout cambridge was an awesome perk - we hopped it to and from harvard

the hotel website stated there was airport shuttle service but i called the night before to find out that wasn't available

it's in a busy place and no where around to walk to - but not a problem thanks to the shuttles!

the shower is a nice walk-in and even has a bar to support your foot when shaving your legs

no room service, bar etc

would love breakfast options/cocktail bar earlier than 5pm

liked the location, facilities including the gym and games room and free laundry for guests

very clean accommodations and great gym

gym is a little small

i liked that the gym was on the top floor (light) and 24 hour accessible

to covid no gym, no kayaks, and maid service only upon request

drive to key places in boston/cambridge - very quiet/great view - modern design in rooms - great gym/ in room yoga mat - received a nice gift for special occasion ( it was very pleasant) -

no kitchen

fabulous location and very accommodating to early check in request

when we arrived we find out that the space is but no kitchen equipment like plates or spoons

denied request for early check in which also was a n my confirmation i had to tell him to stop saying no

once we got to a place for food, the kitchen just closed (of which hotel said kitchen would be open until 1 am) & couldn't be served
