staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving madrid is impossible to get around unless you have done it before and know

the bar area was very comfortable

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

the wifi could be a little tricky and often required some connecting/disconnecting in order for it to

lobby, simple and comfortable. everything clean and new. good wifi. coffee and tea were free.

a 4-star hotel one expects a bit more extra facilities such as gymnasium, sauna, swimming pool or spa of good quality

one of the plates in the snack bar was quite low quality for such a place.

we upgraded to the junior suite which gave us plenty of room and a spa bath that looked out to the view
