staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving madrid is impossible to get around unless you have done it before and know

the bar area was very comfortable

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

the wifi could be a little tricky and often required some connecting/disconnecting in order for it to

lobby, simple and comfortable. everything clean and new. good wifi. coffee and tea were free.

wifi was not good. didn t work most of the time.

nice spacious room with storage places. nice bathroom (could be larger). i appreciated the gym. (-)the gym could have been better.also, for the price i paid, it could have had more facilities. (-) the gym had only 1 very old and out of date treadmill from the 1990s

tries to save money by not puting water on a daily basis in your room and not changing the soap bar even if it is almost finished
