bed was great, a/c worked well, breakfast was good

had to go down and ask him it the had ice, he told us he didn’t have any, he said it was in the kitchen, so went back up to my room and got the pitcher and went to the kitchen and got some ice

the kitchen even had a dishwasher and the ice machine in the freezer made getting ice simple

kitchenette had all the basics, including soap and mixing bowls

desk employee was super friendly, close to shopping and restaurants, comfy bed, good sized room, kitchen/full fridge

we chose a room with a balcony that overlooked the golf and tennis court and the view was absolutely amazing

personnel. location for our golf outing.

enjoyed the gym facilities, room was very nice, i wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night and went down

they need to have evening dining service as they used to. bar too.

they waited days to tell us the pool was our for maintenance first two days they just keep saying its getting

we were there for a football convention and lots of kids were there

t toh6e tv wasn't smart and a pool was not indoors

the pool and the rooms are beautiful

greeted by dimitri with a warm welcome and smile, he quickly checked me in then told me about the pool, popcorn snacks, the flavored fruit water he had prepared

the location and our room was a suite with a separate seating area that overlooked the pool on the 4th floor

we had 2 rooms and we got late check out in one of them

and bar was closed due to covid concerns

wifi is top notch

the bed was too soft for me and i wish there were more grab and go breakfast options.

the staff was very professional and helpful. my kids loved the pool.
