the pool was nice and beds comfortable

beautiful views right on the golf course amazing pool spacious rooms

they would offer a golf discount for staying patrons

we watched ducks, turtles, sunsets, fountains and golf from our secluded balcony

ayak , tennis golf, planned movies and games for children ) love the pool it's fun and lazy

waffles and yogurt at breakfast, the pool was swim ready, clean and pretty areas

breakfast options did not include waffles or pancakes.

i did not eat breakfast. but it smelled great.

i was able to have late check out due to my delayed flight.

breakfast was excellent

room service was bad and don't ever touch minibar!

of the room service food is poor quality and overpriced

dinner at the bar area left a lot to be desired :

live music outside of jasper s bar patio as well as tommy bahama s will definitely be back

my kids were happy all that matted i will be returning

spa tub water wouldn't get hot

i did not feel safe with my kids

mexican restaurant and gas station right in front is very convenient and beats having to load up kids…i also felt very comfortable and safe because shenandoah has their own police department and

the breakfast was a bit scarce, i just wish they had more fruit available.

they said the pool was extremely small

to covid we still won’t get breakfast ,it’s grab and go bags ,and the jacuzzi of the pool was not

very cozy, staff was amazing. breakfast was exceptional

kids liked it and we did too. it was very clean and looks updated. breakfast is warm and fresh.

i wish they would open the bar for happy hour and finger foods

had no information that guests needed to call the hotel for the free shuttle service from the airport

location & staff great great service from airport shuttle bus

a restaurant being there and the nice outdoor seating area by it and the pool

we did not have breakfast, reasonable close distance to airport, free shuttle to airport

you could have shuttles all day long

the pool and hot tub were not working when we arrived.
