i just would've liked more variety for breakfast.

there was not breakfast but i was aware of that from the beginning

on-site laundry was super convenient and easy to use and continental breakfast was good

no product in the laundry room to do

gym was closed for no reason, no notice on the website

gym was excellent and the lobby was nicely update with both a starbucks and nice

the gym has great exercise equipment for a hotel along with free weights. bring your music

you have no rubber bath mat for the bath tub and no handicap bar in the bath tub

we even had the fire alarm go off which was later discovered to be from pot smoking kids

location was a not far from anything and shuttle was always available

pool table. place looked great. room beds and pillows very comfortable.

great views of the harbor. early check in was much appreciated.

we just allow kids to run up and down the hallway raising all hell late at night and go into the gym and slam the weight machines so loud it sounded like something was coming through the way and

the layout is gorgeous and the bar, outside lounge area, pool area and main lobby are gorgeous

the staff and the room was awesome. has a pool and a great outdoor area.

so convenient to the syracuse airport and the shuttle made it perfect
