to the restrictions of not being able to provide even a microwave in the kitchen area limits breakfast options

the snacks and breakfast was great

this was one of the beautiful bed and breakfasts we have stayed in

really isn't a bed and breakfast as breakfast was not served

breakfast was phenomenal but baked goods would havbe been fantastic

the spa services were also excellent

no room service for a late night snack.

waiters, bartenders, and room service were sll great

spa hotel which gets everything just right

beds were comfortable there is a swimming pool and a nice area in front to sit and relax

pool was not usable, very green

exactly what we expected - a well priced motel with a comfortable room and a pool

my husband and i popped into the bar for a nightcap and felt the prices were rather high.

did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out

pool guests were loud in hall after 9 pm but quiet by 10.

pool was very nice and the breakfast was amazing including all staff that were very accommodating

my kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor basketball gym.

the gym was fantastic and super fun for basketball, volleyball and just taking a ball around

we also loved the sports gym

that there was a little gaming area for the kids, the staff that was on that night took the time to play a game of foosball with my son

the gym was super nice, very clean and offered freshwater towels and cleaning wipes

the gym was very handy also and free parking is always a plus

hotels bar menu is very limited with options

loved the location of the property and that it was pet friendly with no pet fee and no parking fee

amenities. a bar that stayed open past 9 on a sunday. food options. relaxing dormitory feel.

we used the coin laundry in the basement and there is also a small gym and conference rooms downstairs

we did not use it but the gym room looked nice

employee arranged a late check out for me which was extremely helpful and much appreciated

enjoyed the spacious room with kitchen, the holiday decorations, and the complimentary breakfast, snacks, dinner, and laundry

i have also enjoyed the food from the kitchen which is included in my room fee

kitchen was fully stocked

gym was excellent and the lobby was nicely update with both a starbucks and nice

family fell asleep and college kids burst into the room at 1:30am as they were assigned our room when computers came back up

i had one request that heat be turned on because we were getting in late and did not want our kids to be cold for bed

if you have kids and want to sleep, this is not the place for you

clean comfortable shuttle to airport

pool was closed and no normal breakfast because of covid, but that was out of the hotels control

the shuttle to the airport and back was wonderful

no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it.

the breakfast was delicious. lots of variety and the staff was very kind and helpful!

only little thing that was annoying is that the shuttle was always late to pick us up
