facility next door was excellent and mini golf was fun, breakfast was top notch with great selection of food, playroom and leisure facilities

there was a lot of things to do near the hotel like mini golf, the beach was not too far to walk to and the shanklin chine which was beautiful and made the

clean/ view / pool / location

no lift can be a bit of a pain for people with a lot luggage and young kids

with both indoor and outdoor pools, kids play areas, plus large grounds there is something for everyone

and the swimming pool and hot tub were great too

bathroom, although shower cubicle was on the small side, partner said she loved the spa bath

breakfast was lovely too

parking, games room for the kids with table tennis, pool, air hockey etc, indoor pool, gardens to die for

choice and the hosts des & linda when you leave you leave friends ,the hotel has a lovely bar to relax with a drink
