close to sanford airport. shuttle to airport. has pool.

have rather had a wrapped sweetroll for the grab and go breakfast

kids were there running all over the first floor for 2 days

very clean, free breakfast was a plus lots to choose from. staff was very friendly.

the outside pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and tables and a little bar area with music playing

our room service that we ordered did not arrive as expected (saturday) but we were able to get some (-)no room service on sunday night. (+)very clean and well equipped, nice lobby and bar. great restaurant with room service. (-) also we ordered room service one night literally 2 beers and a cheesecake all things that are already done (-)room service was terrible. (-) i complained about this at the check out time and the front desk staff girl took the room service bill off as a discount (-) also we were not notified that there was no room service unless you request it (as usual due to covid), so our room was left without cleaning

we were pleased how friendly everyone was, and so surprised there wasn t a pet fee at this location

there were kids throwing a ball in the workout room, being loud and no room to workout.

we really enjoyed the pool, it was heated so we could enjoy it even on the cooler days.

didn’t get the chance to partake in eating breakfast however, the coffee was great

i was even more happy to find out they have free laundry services, this was perfect for

the dryers in the laundry room, only half of them worked. needed a light in the closet.

i really enjoyed the fact that it had kitchen-like set up

to i-4, restaurants and golf pool was clean they offered snacks from 5-6pm easy check

the pool wasn’t warm. :/ but still enjoyable.

nice size room, bathroom and kitchenette. the sheets were wonderful.

breakfast area kept clean throughout the morning rush, food restocked quickly and everyone as

the staff was always there and attentative since i only stayed on night i was not able to use the pool, but if coming to this area again, i would definitely make this my hotel of choice

rooms, comfy beds, windows that open forfresh air, great black out curtains, lots of parking, laundry available but i think it's closed at night, or maybe i just didn't know how to access ,

pillows were a tad small and soft. more lighting needed in the parking lot.

property the insulation isn’t super great and it is right next to the train tracks and a loud bar with music

one washing machine sheen so everything got backed up and had to stay up till midnight washing laundry

did make some complaints with our neighbors we had some young kids next us

some amenities- couldn?t find self serve laundry and pool

it would have been nice if the pool was heated

it was also warm in the gym, so i only used it once during my stay

my room was immaculate and i had a nice pool/city view

the shuttle bus was readily available and the driver was exceptional as well

the continental breakfast was delicious and i enjoyed the convenience of having on site laundry

the lady working the breakfast area was excellant, she was very patient with all the kids and guests the hotel was fully booked and she was all alone

covid 19. kept the on-site restaurant closed. i think the pool was closed as well.
