property the insulation isn’t super great and it is right next to the train tracks and a loud bar with music

the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but as it is situated right in the centre and surrounded by restaurants and cafes that is not a

dirty wet wash rag in tub, no bar soap and stained pillowcases required changing

the wine bar is awesome across the street

noisy (based on location outside bar with live band playing until midnight)

what i did not expect had great staffing place was cold clean and they respect your property pool hours were amazing and very quiet with good security

the staff was rude and trucks every where in the parking lot scary when traveling alone with kids

we arrived late at night, it was difficult to find a parking space

they had no cameras in parking who slashed my rear tires on my car

to be construction going on and the parking lot is full of container for storage

the boys really enjoyed the pool and the beds were extremely comfortable

watch your cars in parking lot, hotel next door had guys hanging outside their work trucks smoking weed outside the

was construction while we were there, the pool was closed and the elevator on our floor didn't work we had to use the side elevator

of the phones we had with us wouldn t work on the premises unless we signed on to the hard rock wifi and even after that it didn t work well

no free breakfast!? ;-) no big deal, kids were too excited to eat that early anyway.

beds were so comfortable, hot powerful shower, a bath for my kids, easy directions to theme park using pathway, happy staff and extra bonus of having the

property location and options for universal park tickets. early check in.
