when we first got there, they let us do early check in(most hotels don't) but when we got to our room there was no pull out couch when we (+) she was able to find a room for an early check in and she personally brought our bags to our room (-)no parking, no early check in

such as gym, laundry, iron etc free breakfast included free shuttle to airport and zoo microwave and coffee

and didn’t know when they would have them again so we had to find a local store so we could do laundry

it has fabulous amenities with a wellness center tennis pool and jacuzzi overlooking sd bay

amazing locations wonderful gym, they offer bikes and tennis courts as well

to be honest, what i didn't like were all the little kids in the pool having way too much fun and letting everyone else know it

a staff at the gym is not so friendly,,,,

like royalty, kids loved the soft beds and all the pillows

hotel claims that it’s room is wide enough for two kids and two adults

slight mix up with room service, but they took care of the issue immediately.

coronado inn’s family suites have a separate living room for the kids, a kitchen (with fridge and stove) and a bathroom

was a very cute brick cottage the pool was open, a lot of places close the pool and blame it on covid

biggest issue we had was the wifi

early check in was no problem and since we had no car it was vital to us

the wifi didn't reach my room, and the street noise was bad late at night and early in the morning

the location was great. we were on our honeymoon. we got the best room, bike location & parking.

umbrellas, and towels down at the beach so we each had to carry our own on the back of the golf cart

also, although it is not beach front they have a continuous golf cart taking you on a short ride to the beach where they have beach lounges, umbrellas and

golf cart rides to beach with chairs umbrellas bogey boards

also they take guest in their golf cars to the beach

the other nice thing was the shuttle and golf cart transport to the beach nearby
