one night we went to the pool and they were out of pool towels.

kitchen staff and cleaning staff were awesome

breakfast was very good. room was very spacious and well decorated. staff were very friendly.

the free breakfast at restaurant next door (kimbels coastal eatery) excellent food , and free parking ud83dude0a staff was friendly and very helpful (-)restaurant across the parking lot had good ratings but served my hot breakfast cold and the toast without butter (+)big parking lot. we arrived around 11pm and there were plenty of open spots. (+)parking for larger vehicles (+)cleanliness. large rooms. great staff. only 7 minutes from downtown. quiet area, free parking. (+)location, floor plan, layout, quiet, comfortable, microwave, fridge, parking included & noon checkout (-)parking was scarce after 9 pm on a wednesday. no breakfast. (-) there is no handicap parking in front of the hotel (+)free plenty of parking (+)staff, clean rooms, location easy to find and lots of parking (-)the parking was scarce.

trying to get laundry soap was difficult.

i called the front desk for a late check out in the morning

the pool area and gym were clean and well equipped

breakfast and heat pool were amazing

it was in close proximity to the water park, and food places. the breakfast was great.

allowed late check out. nice workers.

also, although it is not beach front they have a continuous golf cart taking you on a short ride to the beach where they have beach lounges, umbrellas and

golf cart rides to beach with chairs umbrellas bogey boards

umbrellas, and towels down at the beach so we each had to carry our own on the back of the golf cart

the other nice thing was the shuttle and golf cart transport to the beach nearby

also they take guest in their golf cars to the beach

i can cook breakfast or late dinner

the breakfast was okay, small portions, long line and condiments weren't all available

we loved the cleanliness of the facility. staff in breakfast area were very kind and helpful.

they also have a bar out by the pool so easy access to drinks

when we inform the staff we would have a dog with us and they didn t even charge us a pet fee

the cost of a bottle of beer for room service was outrageous.

location was amazing! grounds were well manicured. room service was great. food was very good.

there is a rooftop pool/bar lounge located on the 4th floor but the bar is open to the public

rooftop pool and bar was a great place to relax

there's also a lot of great breakfast options really close to the hotel

amazing location and friendly staff. great coffee bar each morning.

i love how dog friendly it is and the pool area entertainment was fun

still charming and within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, golf course and beach

i’d prefer bacon to sausage but maybe that’s what the kitchen had during our stay

it was connected to the kitchenette, kind of sticking out awkwardly
