would have liked reception/ bar open a bit later.

only thing that would improve it would be if the hotel bar could stay open until later than around 8pm as it would have been lovely to have a drink there

the bar closes at 8pm which is rather early for holiday season but there are restaurants nearby, so

there’s a good bar service

pretty with easy access to the harbour, cafes & shops and the free shuttle bus that takes you round the island which was beautiful

swimming pool was great to chill at

great to have use of pool at sister-hotel 3 minutes walk away

the pool is at a neighbouring sister hotel but only 5 mins away and equally as good

the pool was at the sister hotel so we didn’t get there.

the sister hotel a few minutes walk from toiras, provided the additional luxury of a tranquil pool and outdoor lounging, complete with poolside service for drinks and refreshments; again, the

wifi connection was poor. could have blackout curtains or blinds.

amazing location, clean, modern room, good aircon and wifi , very friendly staff.

although there is wifi, it didnt reach our room so we couldn't access the wifi

the quality of the rooms beds and bathroom was appalling we even found a kids toy while we going to bed how housekeeping missed it appalling but not surprising

the hotel had great parking facilities which was important for us

nobody knew where the room service cards were for breakfast so one day we couldn't order to

spa was closed- but we knew that. a long mirror in the bedroom would be nice!

the room was lovely, tucked away at the back of the garden and the swimming pool a bonus at the

free parking right in front of the hotel , a few minutes drive to la rochelle city center
