the wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from time to time

staff and cleanliness/ room service were exceptional

was super, right at the start of the restaurant and bar street but not in between them

the toiletries on offer were one small bar of soap

room, amazing staff, room service quality a little poor to be honest but everything else about the stay was faultless

room was large, incredibly comfortable bed, great breakfast

my kids are young 11/9 they said it was the best hotel they had ever stayed, i must agree, i would

wifi was useless!

bar closes at 8, there are others in walking distance but it would have been nice to have a late

location with parking,although this is limited but there is plenty of free street parking in the area

the hotel is perfect to stay if you travel by car, as there is no a problem with parking and its fee of charge

the pool area was also immaculate, never too busy and a gorgeous 28 degrees

great location and a charming , rambling layout with several private spaces and a nice pool.

the bar closes at 8pm which is rather early for holiday season but there are restaurants nearby, so

pretty with easy access to the harbour, cafes & shops and the free shuttle bus that takes you round the island which was beautiful

two businesses running side by side that seemed to clash, we were told we could use the outside pool but this seemed to embarrass the host when she had clients for her other business

the pool was nice, and garden was relaxing

great parking, pool, and ambiance with excellent staff. also good position for the town.

the pool is at a neighbouring sister hotel but only 5 mins away and equally as good

the quality of the rooms beds and bathroom was appalling we even found a kids toy while we going to bed how housekeeping missed it appalling but not surprising

restaurant and bar good, rooms basic but clean and comfortable

the bar and restaurant were both closed and because of its remote location it cost us 100 euros in

to the pool was not good for me as i have slight mobility/balance issues

there was a swimming pool available to us but we did not make use of it
