easy to check in staff were fantastic friendly and welcoming loved the fact that they had a bar something i wasn’t expecting but a fantastic idea especially for those who are waiting to go

a lovely stay at the hotel and used the bar, gym and swimming which were excellent

told to download the ihg app and i could get a late check out for 13:15

was told i could have a late check out then in the morning i got a rude call from manager to say i have to get out when i

comfortable. lovely big room. comfortable temperature. nice bar food.

only thing we missed was that they had a little seating area with a bar which we could have sat in after we came back from the christmas market

we had to wash all dishes in kitchen before we could use them. forks were filthy.
