spa was fantastic, we were upgraded for free to a premium room without asking ud83dude0a breakfast was good and staff very

of functions held there, peace and quiet can be disturbed by kids screaming and running around

being close to the amenities and main road,room was very clean,plenty of car parking, free wifi and air con,excellent value for money

and the quality of the rooms is not less than 4 or 5 stars hotel ( obviously there is no food or room (-) was told there is room service (not correct) no shampoos, soaps or conditioners in room but huge clean towels (-)room service (-)room service , the restaurant was extremely busy and they was a 40 minute wait for food - i ate (-)they have no room service phones no water tea station was not restocked everyday (-)no room service. bed a bit uncomfortable. (+)breakfast had not started as i left at 6.30 am and no room service was available . (-)room service walking even with hanger out

on the specific night there were kids running up and down the corridors, i don t blame the

staff were also amazing, they helped us with breakfast even though the kitchen was off so that was a big positive

only thing we missed was that they had a little seating area with a bar which we could have sat in after we came back from the christmas market

two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and separate kitchen, lounge set up as a third single bedroom which was ideal for family

we all had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area

we had to wash all dishes in kitchen before we could use them. forks were filthy.

bar prices, although the hotel is worth the money paid, i think the drinks were very expensive
