airport shuttle was a wonderful service and it was on time

however this hotel never provide the free shuttle services to airport anymore

it because it had a shuttle, but unfortunately they were on strike

one bar staff at night who struggled and then was irritable when additional staff gave some support

luckily, the bartender kept the bar open for us

the kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much

hotel has a very helpful front desk, and looked after our baggage/golf clubs when we cruised to alaska

didn t have a bar area open where you could sit without being in the casino

the dishes in the kitchen were all greasy and dirty and disgusting, i had to rewash everything we were going to use

toilet wasn’t working, towels had stains and strands of hair on them, no tea towel in kitchen, lighting in lounge wasn’t great, no aircon

i liked the self-sufficiency that comes with the kitchenette and private entrance

views of the city in the room, cleanness, provided gym, pool, breakfast & parking, transportation (skytrain), mall is good too

heated pool was nice and warm, but a hot tub would be great to relax in on the pool deck as well

roof top pool was a lovely accommodation for the kids as well

never used the pool or gym, but all looked very good
